Sign in or sign up to Alt.town

I don't know how to access my account.

If you don't know what email address you created your account with, check your email inbox. You should have received a verfication email from Alt.town when you created your account for the first time.

I'm not receiving verification emails from Alt.town.

Step 1: Make sure your email address is correct.

Step 2: Check your spam, trash folders, and other email filters.

Step 3: Allow receiving emails from Alt.town.

If you still have problems with receiving emails, please contact contact@alt.town for further assistance.

I cannot sign in for some unknown reason.

Alt.town service may have been temporarily suspended, so please reinstall the PWA on your current device and try again later.

If the same problem continues, please contact contact@alt.town with your account and device information.

Can I change my password?

  1. In the app, tap MY on the bottom bar.

  2. Tap Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap Account.

  4. Tap Change password.

Can I change my email address?

Alt.town does not support email address change.

Can I connect my existing wepin wallet to Alt.town?

If the account you signed up for Alt.town matches your wepin account, you can connect your existing wallet to Alt.town.

I cannot connect to my wepin wallet for some unknown reason.

Wepin wallet may have been temporarily suspended due to unforeseen circumstances, so please reinstall the PWA on your current device and try again later.

If you still have problems with wallet, please contact wepin.contact@iotrust.kr for further assistance.

Can I change my username?

You can change your username within 14 days.

  1. In the app, tap MY on the bottom bar.

  2. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap Account.

  4. Tap Profile.

I do not receive any rewards for beta service and pre-launch event.

If you sign up with the same email address you used for beta service and pre-launch event, you can immediately check the rewards you received from your account.
